Start your day with our breakfast buffet, which is renowned far beyond the town limits.
We kindly ask you to reserve your table in advance.

Since 1st September 2025, our restaurant has been closed for other meals.

We look forward to pampering you at HansenS and wish you a wonderful stay!

OUR breakfast

As our guest, you can have breakfast in our A la Carte restaurant during the week from 6:30 am to 10:30 am and at weekends and on public holidays from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

While you enjoy our rich breakfast buffet, you can let your gaze wander over the spa gardens and the Zischenahner Meer. In summer you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast on our terrace.

External guests can also take part in our breakfast buffet by prior arrangement at a price of € 23.40 per person. Drinks included are filter coffee, tea, water and selected juices. We are happy to serve you other drinks on request and charge them at current ticket prices.
Alternatively, for € 28.50 per person, we also offer you participation in the breakfast buffet with additional hot drinks.
